"Reality Based Training"

" About Us "

I was active duty in the
US Navy for 4 years and served
 combat operations for 2 tours
in Kosovo (99') and 2 tours in
Iraq (00'-01').  I finished my
short military career doing police
work and anti-terrorism work for
our home port.  I was suppose
to get orders for the Gulf region
doing K9 work in Bahrain.  Due
to contract disputes I got out.

3/13/2006 - I will be adding some training pictures from Virginia and Vegas shortly, I know
I haven't been updating the website in nearly 6 months, I have been really busy.
I also have a few dogs to enter on the site and also some new stud services.
We also have a couple German Shepherd litters pending and Castra my dober
is in Virginia for her scheduled breeding to Fabio of Von Rubenhof Kennels.

8/13/2005 - Congratulations to Jess for getting the W.A.E. on Castra & Brooklyn.  The
Doberman Pinscher Club of Detroit and The Doberman Pinscher Club of Michigan
host a WAE temperament test every year at Kensington and this year they had
requested my services for helper work for this years trial.  I was more than
happy to help out and luckily I took the 2 Doberman bitches with me because
everyone there talked me into running them through it.  It was alot of fun and
the dogs enjoyed it.  It was great to see all the dobermans showing together.
Also - congrats to Brooklyn on her vWD clear health test results.

8/7/2005 - Thanks to Matt Akenhead for coming up to judge the trail and for all the training
tips during and afterwards.  Thanks to all the competitors for coming out and
trying their luck at trialing - and there was a few first time showers as well, and
good job.  Congrats to the club members who passed their titles - Harris on
passing the Protection 1 with Raven,  Cathy for getting her Family Obedience
with Obie, Jeremy placing the Protection Alert on Nia, and to Jess for his reshow
of the P1 with Castra.  We plan on going down to the October trial in Tennessee,
and being really competitive down there as well.  Congrats to Jess /Castra for
their impressive 91.5 run in obedience and 94.5 run in protection at this trial.
I will download the camera from the trial and training, and also some other
people took pictures as well, I will post them as soon as I gather and edit the
                     pictures.

8/4/2005 - Added Terra's page to the females section, added Terra and Lex to the for sale
                   section.  Trial in 2 days.

***TRIAL REMINDER***

7/31/2005 - Ok, I can't believe how behind I was on the website.  I have all the pages
updated except for Terra's page and the few pictures from the Helper Seminar.
I updated 6 pages of the Premier, Brooklyns 4 pages, the photo gallery, home
page, females, USA Nationals, training at Armins, our spring SDA trial.  Enjoy....

7/16/2005 - Congrats to Jess on obtaining his Schutzhund USA Helper Certification for
Breed Evaluations and Club Trials.  Jess went down to the helper seminar that
Nick and Mark held - it was a great seminar and all should go to their fall seminar
                     at Nicks.

7/7/2005 - I removed several pages due to contact with a certain individual no more - and
I plan on having more of the new pages up this weekend.  I am so behind on the
photo gallery updates - I have pictures from Armins in Jan., USA nationals,
regionals, our SDA spring trial, the UKC premier and some other training as well.

7/5/2005 - OK, I finally got the training pictures updated to the photo gallery (197 meg
worth of pictures and pages).  I just transferred over all the old pages and
pictures - if anyone encounters any errors, just let me know via email (Jess)
and I can fix them.  I also came up with a better way to name/number the
training pictures on my end of it because man it was hell trying to find the right
pages - lol.  I am now working on the new pages from all the things we been to
this year, I also have to get brooklyns page up.  So just sit back and watch the
updates follow - I have been busy lately.

7/5/2005 - Great Lakes SDA Assoc. will be having a trial on August 6th in Garden City
Michigan on August 6th.  If you would like any information on the trial you can
email the event secretary (which is me @ Jess@realityworkingdogs.com)
We will be hosting the F.O. and OB1, PA and P1 titles.
